Description

Easter Egg Hunt – Family Friendly

Hop into fun at Trevose’s Annual Easter Egg Hunt! Join us for a day of adventure, laughter and family memories as you help the Easter Bunny solve a scrambled word and search for golden eggs hidden around the grounds.

Everyone who takes part will receive a chocolate egg, and lucky golden egg finders will enjoy an extra special surprise. Meet the Easter Bunny, capture a magical photo, and Mum & Dad can enjoy a fresh hot cross bun and coffee too.

Two arrival slots:
1st Slot – Arrive between 9:30–10:00
2nd Slot – Arrive between 11:00–11:30

Cost: £2.50
Age: All ages welcome (all children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian)

Easter Egg Hunt – Terms & Conditions

Supervision & Safeguarding
- All children must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a parent or legal guardian.
- Trevose staff are present to facilitate the event but are not responsible for individual child supervision.
- Trevose Golf Club operates in line with safeguarding best practice. Any concerns should be reported immediately to a member of staff.
Booking & Payment
- Tickets cost £2.50 per child
- Spaces may be limited and booking in advance is recommended.
- Payment secures your chosen arrival slot.
Arrival & Time Slots
- Participants must arrive within their selected time window (9:30–10:00 or 11:00–11:30).
- Late arrivals may not be accommodated once the hunt has begun.
- The event runs outdoors; please dress appropriately for the weather.
Health & Safety
- The Easter Egg Hunt takes place around the club grounds; parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children remain within designated areas.
- Please inform staff of any allergies, particularly chocolate or food-related allergies, at the time of booking.
- Chocolate eggs may contain or have traces of common allergens.
Golden Eggs & Prizes
- Golden egg prizes are limited and available on a first-found basis.
- One prize per child.
Photography
- Photographs may be taken for promotional purposes. Please notify a member of staff on arrival if you do not wish your child to be photographed.
General
- Trevose Golf Club reserves the right to amend or cancel the event in unforeseen circumstances.
- By attending the event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- Cancellations made within 48hrs will be fully refunded after 48hrs we cannot issue a refund.
